Pudina Sandwich

White Bread – 20
Butter – 1 tablespoon

For Chutney:

Mint Leaves(Pudina) – 1 Cup
Coriander leaves (Dhania) – 2 Cups
Green Chillies – 3
Ginger- 1/2 inch
Lemon Juice – 2 Teaspoon
Sugar – 1 Teaspoon
Butter – 1 Tablespoon
Salt to Taste


1. Mix all the ingredients in a mixer without adding ANY water.

2. Apply chutney on one slice and butter on the other.

3. Make a sandwich and place it on a plate.

4. Slice the sandwiches into triangles.

5. Serve fresh as a snack or pack it  in for school lunches.
