King Fish Fry

Ingredients:King Fish – ½ Kg Skin removed and sliced into thin pieces.
Garlic – 1 clove crushed
Small Onions – 2 Crushed
Ginger – ½ inch piece crushed
Curry Leaves – 3-4 cut into small pieces
Chilly Powder – 2.5 Teaspoons
Turmeric Powder – ¼ Teaspoon
Salt to Taste
Oil – 2 tablespoon
Oil for Frying

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients except the fish into a paste.
  2. Marinate the fish with the paste.
  3. Keep aside for ½ an hour.
  4. Shallow fry in a frying pan.
  5. Flip over twice and fry for 5 minutes on medium flame.
  6. King Fish Fry is ready to be served.
